Today I feel like I am living from my authentic self. I slept well last night and dreamed deeply and wildly, woke up easily and did my morning thing–coffee; email; hugging my daughter when she finally climbed out of bed. Then I put away laundry and ran a bath while doing a warm oil massage. After bathing, more laundry and I fed the chickens for a 2nd time. My husband fed them earlier but it’s cold and they eat more this time of year. Now I am writing and sipping a mug of chicken bone broth.
